I hate "top sites".  You know, those sites that have dozen broken or gawdawful banners with halfnaked women touting their web sites?  Most often they lead to tired has-been forums or some guys web site that looks like it was built in 1995.

I'm going to give it the old college try to keep this one clean.  It's gotten cleanly designed banners that lead to sites with (hopefully) some good content.  Anyone can join, just make yourself a banner and add your site to the list.  I'll personally take a look at it and approve it if it meets the criteria of "doesn't suck".  Oh and the site has real no nofollow links, unlike some top sites out there.  There's still some tweaking to do, but the site is on the right track.

Top Car Sites I hope will be a beacon of light in an otherwise dull and dreary field of list sites.
