Chevy Cruze The new Chevrolet Cruze just might save Chevrolet.  With the gas crisis continuing and American interest shifting from the old bread-and-butter SUV market the automotive market is a harrowing place right now.  All three of the big car makers are looking for a key brand to dig them out of the hole they’ve been digging for the past ten years.  Perhaps the Cruze is a sign of that brand.  With an estimate MPG rating of 40 and sharp looks the new Cruze is a potential home run for Chevrolet.

Ford and Chrysler have their own plans, typically revolving around alternative fueled versions of their existing models.  Chevy is taking the tack of creating a new world-aligned model in the Cruze to combat the Japanese manufacturers.
